Anterior Weight Bearing Exercise

Exercise to reduce anterior weight bearing – do this daily for 10 days in order to reduce strain on your neck.

  • Stand with feet about 1” from wall
  • Back will be touching wall
  • Keep head in a neutral position
  • (Don’t look up or down)
  • Touch back of head to the wall
  • Hold this position for 5 mins
  • Do daily for 10 days
